Attended a first session of "Align - Hatha" with Alex. She is a very collected and careful guide, offering multiple options to adjust to every individual's need. The experience was very calming and positive.

I've really enjoyed Alex's yin yoga class. Alex creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and explains each pose clearly, making the session suitable for all experience levels. The pace is relaxing, and I left feeling more flexible, refreshed, and less stressed. Alex's thoughtful guidance and encouragement made the class a positive experience. I would definitely recommend these yin yoga sessions to anyone looking to unwind and improve their wellbeing. I look forward to coming back!

Great class! Very calming and grounded practice with Alex able to set the scene for mindful, peaceful movement that gently challenges the mind and body from the moment you walk in.

As a newbie to Yoga I loved the sizes of the classes, it was not overwhelming and felt comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking up yoga.

I loved these yoga sessions with Alex. Gently restorative with some challenges thrown in. Il be back for more.

So blown away by todays session Alex introduced a calming technique that was so awesome I felt so chilled/relaxed at the end, I floated out of the class 🥰

Another perfect yoga class more people tonight but still a great class. Alex is such a brilliant instructor.
